we keep what you type into the two forms on this site, and we run two analytics tools that watch how pages get used. We don't sell any of it, we don't buy lists, and there are no advertising pixels on this site.

The rest of this page explains that in more detail. Leads 4 Business is a digital marketing and SEO agency based in Sandringham, NSW. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we keep

What you type into our forms. The two forms on this site are [the contact form] and [the second form, e.g., the free SEO audit request]. When you send one, we get your name, email, phone number, business name, website address, and whatever you write in the message. That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need.

What our analytics tools see. We run two tools, [Google Analytics] and [second tool], to see how pages get used. They record things like which pages you visit, how long you stay, what device and browser you're on, roughly where you are (city level, not your street), and how you found us. They don't tell us who you are.

Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to stop bots. It checks how your browser behaves to tell you apart from a bot, and it's covered by Google's own privacy policy.

What we do with it

• Reply to your enquiry and send you a quote or audit if you asked for one
• Do the work if you hire us, and invoice you for it
• Work out which pages help and which don't, so we can fix the site
• Keep spam and bots out
• Meet our legal obligations

If you've asked to hear from us, or you're a client, we might send you the occasional email about our services. Everyone has an unsubscribe link, and we follow the Spam Act 2003.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information.
• We don't buy contact lists.
• We don't run advertising pixels, so nothing on this site follows you around the internet.
• We don't ask for information we don't need.

Who else sees it?

Only the people who help us run the business: our website platform and hosting provider, our email and CRM tools, our accountant, and the analytics tools above. Some of them store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that look after data properly, and we take reasonable steps to make sure they follow the same rules we do.

We'll also share information if the law requires it or if the business is ever sold, in which case the new owner has to look after your information under this policy.

Cookies

The site uses cookies so the pages work and so our analytics tools can count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. To opt out of Google Analytics, use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long do we keep it?

Form enquiries and client records stay for as long as we need them to do the work, answer questions later, or meet legal requirements (such as tax records). After that we delete or de-identify them.

How we protect it

Passwords, access controls, secure hosting, and reputable platforms. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, fix anything that's wrong, or delete it. Email [privacy contact email] and we'll get back to you within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first. In rare cases the law lets us say no, and if that happens we'll tell you why.

If something's not right

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
